At Studio VOURO, we aim to deliver your order with care, accuracy, and as swiftly as possible. As a small business, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to provide a smooth and thoughtful shipping experience.

 

Where We Ship

We currently ship to most European and non-european countries destinations. However, due to the current global climate and legal restrictions, we do not ship to the Russian Federation or Ukraine at this time.


Made-to-Order (Print-on-Demand) Products

Many of our items are made just for you, reducing overproduction and waste. These products are produced after you place your order.

Production Time:
Please allow 6–9 business days for your item to be produced before shipping.
Shipping times vary by location and may be affected by public holidays or seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates (EU & UK):

T-Shirts, Longsleeves & Similar €5.23 + Small Increase
Hoodies, Sweatshirts & Similar €6.23 + Small Increase

The first item in your order is charged at the highest applicable shipping rate. Each additional item adds a small incremental cost.

Shipping Information

Studio VOURO currently ships to selected regions within Europe and the United Kingdom. As a small, independent studio, we appreciate your support and understanding.


Where We Ship

We currently do not ship to the following countries due to legal and logistical restrictions:

  • Russian Federation
  • Ukraine

We hope to resume shipping to these locations in the future when circumstances allow.


Austria

  • Shipping Cost: FREE
  • Delivery Time: 2–4 working days


Germany

  • Shipping Cost: €8.20
  • Delivery Time: 3–5 working days


Other EU Countries

  • Shipping Cost: €15.00
  • Delivery Time: 3–5 working days


United Kingdom & Switzerland

  • UK Shipping Cost: £12.75
  • CH Shipping Cost: €15.00
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on local postal services.
  • Please Note: You may be subject to customs duties and import fees in your country. These are not included in our shipping fees.


Dispatch Times

  • Ready-to-Ship (Non-Print-on-Demand) Products:
    Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after purchase.
  • During holiday seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support during these times.


Additional Shipping Notes

  • Some orders may ship in multiple packages if they include both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item type and destination.
  • All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
