RETURNS

At Studio VOURO, our mission is to keep things unique, intentional, and one-of-a-kind.

As a small independent studio, we truly appreciate your support and in return, we’re committed to providing the best possible customer experience. Before placing your order, we kindly ask that you review all sizing information carefully, as we aim to reduce our carbon footprint by minimising unnecessary shipping and returns.


PLEASE NOTE: PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Some of our products are made to order using print-on-demand services. These items are custom-made just for you and therefore non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange.

We provide detailed product descriptions and size guides to help you make the best decision before purchasing. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re happy to assist before you place your order.

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS - POD AND NON-POD ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


GENERAL RETURN POLICY

If you're not fully satisfied with a non-POD item, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
    Unconfirmed returns received after this window will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Items must be in perfect, unused condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any damage.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    We recommend using a trusted service with tracking to ensure safe return delivery.

  • Returns will only be accepted when sent to the correct return address (see below).


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Contact us at info@studiovouro.com to request your Return Form.

  2. Repackage the item(s) in the original shipping box or a secure alternative and include the completed Return Form.

  3. Seal the box securely and affix your return label.

  4. Ship your return to:

Please note: We do not accept returns at pickup locations or alternative drop-off points.


EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once your return is approved, place a separate new order for the desired item.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@studiovouro.com.

Mistakes can happen if you receive the wrong item, please email info@studiovouro.com and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
