We design pieces for body and space, clothing and home objects meant to be worn, used, and lived with.
Each piece is considered for its form, feel, and longevity. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is excessive.

That’s why we work in small quantities, choose materials carefully, and release pieces slowly
allowing ideas to develop naturally, without urgency.
One house — two personalities
Studio Vouro is an independent studio based in Austria, founded and run by husband and wife
Verena and Joe Hanshaw.
Shaped between the historical calm of Vienna and the raw creative energy of London, the studio brings together two different perspectives united by a shared appreciation for art, design, and well-being.
Verena, a professional footballer, understands the importance of balance, performance, and durability.
Joe, a creative director with a background in art and music, approaches design through form,
silhouette, and storytelling.
Together, these perspectives shape the studio’s way of working.
We don’t aim to follow seasons or speed.
We focus on creating pieces that stay.
