Studio VOURO is sadly unavailable to ship to the these locations due to the current world climate - Russian Federation and Ukraine is not possible due to legal restrictions.
As a small business we will do everything in our power to dispatch the order(s) as stated below, but excuse us if it unforeseeably takes 1-2 days longer.
Due to a holiday season, please anticipate a delay on all orders and returns.

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway:

RETURNS
Studio VOURO’S goal is to keep things unique and one off.
Please note that we are a small business, but we will do everything in our power to provide you with the best customer experience possible.
We hope you love your product(s) as much as we loved making them and please make sure to take note of all the sizing informations before you order because we want to keep our carbon footprint down with postage and packaging.
We want you to be completely satisfied, but if for any reason you are not, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date.
Kindly be advised that unconfirmed returns received after the fourteen-day period will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.
Please remember to include the return form with your order; it needs to be filled out and sent with the package in order for the return process to go smoothly.
We won't be able to process your return without it!
To return an item, take the following actions:
1. Contact info@studiovouro.com to receive your return form
2. Put the item(s) back in their original shipping box or a safe substitute along with the completed return form and securely seal the box.
3. Place the return label on top of the secure package.
4. Send your return to the address below:

We recommend using DHL or UPS with a tracking service to make sure both parties have peace of mind with your return(s).
The condition of all returned goods must be perfect, meaning they cannot be worn, used, cleaned, altered, or damaged.
Kindly be advised that we do not cover any additional sales tax!
Make sure you adhere to the instructions above in order to return an item.
The customer bears the responsibility for covering the cost of returning items.
We will process your refund using the same payment method as your original purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving and approving your return.
We only except returns to the address above, again, we are a small business and do not advise pick up locations.
